The Olmstead Plan Stakeholder Advisory (OPSA) Committee on Older Adults, chaired by former member of the NC House of Representatives and former NCDHHS Secretary Lanier Cansler, is pleased to present national expert on person-centeredness and gerontologist Leigh Ann Creaney Kingsbury, MPA for her second presentation on Olmstead Plan development.
