ARCA does, however, offer a 40-year track record of success by assisting people with Substance Use disorders to recover and maintain healthy lifestyles. Services available include medically managed detoxification, residential treatment programs, a family program, a Spanish language program and after care referral.

ARCA is a licensed, nonprofit agency that offers the most cost-effective Substance Use disorder treatment services in the Piedmont Triad and surrounding regions. We are licensed by the state of North Carolina for the treatment of chemical dependency and are also nationally accredited by CARF, the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities. But we are more than just our certifications. ARCA embraces the highly successful Twelve-Step Philosophy. FIRST at Blue Ridge is a North Carolina Licensed Peer Led – Peer driven, 12 Step Based, Modified Therapeutic Community with an Intensive Clinical Overlay.

FIRST is a residential therapeutic community for individuals with chronic substance use disorders and provides transitional housing, group counseling, self-help meetings, case management, job-placement assistance, and other services to individuals struggling with addiction, homelessness, unemployment and involvement with the criminal justice system.

The program’s mission is to provide opportunity, guidance, and education to those with addictions and assist them to make positive life changes, in order to become responsible and productive members of society. The campus is comprised of a five story residential building with the capacity for eighty-five men, a sixty-five bed women’s facility, and other administrative, mechanical, landscaping, and transitional housing residences

A Residential Substance Use Disorder Treatment Center for Mothers and Mothers-To-Be. The Mary Benson House (MBH) is a haven of healing and recovery for pregnant and parenting women located in Asheville, NC. Seven women can be served at a time with two residents per room. The residence includes a playroom and outdoor play area for young children.

Hope Recovery Homes, Inc., is a Twenty-four-hour nonprofit stabilization facilities established for the purposes of shelter care and recovery from alcohol or other drug addiction through a 12-step, self-help, and peer role modeling approach.

At Hope Recovery Homes, Inc., we operate alcohol and drug free transitional residences (Recovery Homes) which foster and promote individual growth and the restoration of meaningful, productive, and spiritual lives. Following the tradition of the Alcoholics Anonymous 12 Step Program we believe that God is the solution. We rely heavily upon the individual’s expressed commitment and dedication to recovery. 40 Beds total (3 Men’s homes, 1 Ladies’)

Many of our residents, if qualified, may be eligible for full funding assistance as establish by guidelines set forth by NC States Division of Health and Human Services and governed by our Local Management Entity/Managed Care Organization. Currently we offer full-funded services to residents of Beaufort, Bertie, Bladen, Brunswick, Camden, Carteret, Chowan, Columbus, Craven, Currituck, Dare, Gates, Halifax, Hertford, Hyde, Jones, Martin, New Hanover, Nash, Northampton, Onslow, Pamlico, Pasquotank, Pender, Perquimans, Pitt, Tyrrell, and Washington. Mission

To Create a Christ-centered way of living for the co-dependent person that allows them to recover and return into society as an independent, self-sufficient, and productive person. 

McLeod Centers has more than 40 years of experience treating alcohol and drug dependence in a residential setting. From initial assessment to aftercare, McLeod Centers delivers a full continuum of care. Clients can expect to be treated with dignity and respect and to receive personalized and holistic care.

Since 1968, Hope Valley has provided treatment services to individuals with alcohol and drug abuse problems. Our mission from the beginning has been to provide the highest quality substance abuse treatment services at the lowest possible cost. While in our program, clients can expect to attend individual and group sessions, lectures, audio/video sessions, participation in AA/NA 12-step facilitation, and support group meetings. Counselors work with clients on an individual basis to develop specific relapse prevention plans as well as discharge and aftercare planning appropriate to each person’s needs. We currently have 2 facilities. Our 28-day residential programs include a Men’s facility in Dobson, NC and Women’s division in Pilot Mountain, NC.  All facilities and programs are fully licensed by the NC Division of Health and Human Services.

Fellowship Hall is a special place where you are treated with dignity and respect. We provide a community that meets you where you are without judgement in a serene, calming environment nestled on over 120 acres. For 50 years, we’ve been saving lives from addiction. We have treated more than 30,500 guests and remain committed to perpetuating the vision of our founders to be a “Gateway to Freedom” for individuals struggling with alcohol and drug addiction.

Our program was built on the tenets of the Twelve Steps of Alcoholics Anonymous and modeled after Harbor House, a treatment program in Memphis, TN. Fellowship Hall is a 99-bed private, not-for-profit 501(c)(3) specialty hospital treating adult women and men suffering from addiction to alcohol and/or drugs.

Our Board of Directors, through careful management of resources and prudent long-range planning, have kept our fees for services significantly lower than comparable treatment centers. It is the mission of Fellowship Hall to help people who suffer from substance use disorder, and to provide compassionate, cost-effective care while maintaining our commitment to a Twelve-Step philosophy.

Lifeline Treatment Center is a substance abuse treatment facility located in the beautiful city of Wilmington, NC. We address the effects of drug and alcohol abuse on the individual and their families. With a full continuum of addiction treatment options, we have become the premier place to receive comprehensive care for drug and alcohol addiction.
